Description:  two years later, the City of Midland was still working the various yards/industries around Muscatine. Seriously, the serious lack of trains and decent weather last year caused me to do more exploration of the area and South Muscatine looks like it would take some work to model.

Description:  This local goes up a spur near the end of Mississippi Avenue to serve local industry - I'm not sure which factory it serves up there, but from maps it appears to extend about half a mile from the river. There is a yard along that spur at the HNI (HON Industries) laminate plant and walking I was not able to find out exactly where the spur ends (it may only go as far as 5th Street). The weather was really lousy this day.
