Obviously that is the Mississippi River - bridge is the Iowa/Illinois (MSR) 92 - Route 92 is noted for keeping a continous name from Wyoming to Illinois - probably the longest continously numbered series of state highways in the U.S. In the distance is one of the locks and dams on the Mississippi - if I remember correctly, Lock and Dam Number 17. |
